Back from vacation, CLS is thrilled to share that we empower our team with our one-year trainee, Charlotta Mohlén.
With a relevant study background in Economic Growth, as well with valuable professional experience in international trade and working for the Southern Swedish Chamber of Industry and commerce - CLS could not be happier with having Charlotta onboard with us.

Dear member of the Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce,
My name is Charlotta Mohlén and I am glad to announce that I will be joining the Secretary General Roya in the Lisbon office, working as a trainee at CLS for the next twelve months. Below I will give a short introduction of myself and what I will be doing at the Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
I have just recently finished my master in economic growth at Lund University and I am now thrilled to take the next step and start off my professional career at CLS. During my years in Lund, I have picked up valuable knowledge from working as vice president in Lund University’s Economic and Political association, being an audit assistant at PwC and, maybe most insightful for my future, worked at the Southern Swedish Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Combined with my academic field, these experiences have given me broad insights within many relevant business inquiries and related policy matters. I am glad to be continuing working with such topics, and facilitating platforms for you members and other stakeholders, in the broad range of projects at CLS.
Having already gained valuable experience working with trade related issues, I am looking forward to learning more about the Swedish-Portuguese relationships and, alongside with Roya, keep working with-, and developing CLS´s business support services. Hence, during the upcoming year I will assist Roya in organizing the recurrent events of CLS and hopefully be in contact with some of you members and partners who wish support in organizing your own events. Naturally, I was very happy to hear about the newly launched sustainability initiative and very much look forward to contribute in its progress.
Last but not least, I will be working with marketing inquiries and you will hear from me in the news letters.
Besides looking forward to meeting you members, Team Sweden in Portugal and start working with all the exciting projects mentioned above, I am now counting the days until I can start exploring and experiencing the Portuguese culture, nature, and society. Truly, I have been told many words of praise about Portugal and its people. Hopefully, there will also be space for some personal Portuguese language improvement and some sports since I do consider myself a general sports enthusiast.
I am looking forward to working with all of you in the upcoming year!
