On November 13th, the Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, together with the Swedish Embassy in Lisbon, the Royal Norwegian Embassy, and Business Sweden, hosted an unforgettable evening of networking and inspiration at an admirable rooftop venue on Avenida da Liberdade.
The "Sweden & Norway Connects at Web Summit" event brought together a diverse group of entrepreneurs, investors, and tech enthusiasts from Sweden, Norway, Portugal, and beyond. With the Web Summit as a backdrop, the evening served as a platform for forging connections, exchanging ideas, and celebrating innovation across borders.
Jennifer Ekström, President of the Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (CLS), set the tone for the evening with her heartening speech. Followed by the Swedish Ambassador in Portugal, Elisabeth Eklund, and the first secretary of the Royal Norwegian Embassy, Karina Asbjørnsen. Parag Parekh, Chief Digital Officer at Ingka Group, concluded with a motivational speech focused on innovation.
Attendees enjoyed engaging conversations while savoring a selection of exquisite dishes, all in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere at the incredible rooftop venue at INSCALE.
