On March 18, part of CLS female leaders were invited to the Residence of the Ambassador of Sweden to Portugal for a FIKA, with the Swedish-speaking female group from RuterDam’s Business Network, in connection to their visit to Lisbon.
During the Swedish fika interesting discussions linked to sustainability, transformation, entrepreneurship, gender equality and leadership took place.

About Ruter Dam:
Ruter Dam is an Executive Development and Mentoring program for female senior leaders with the main objective to establish an increase high-level female managers in large companies. Ruter Dam was founded more than 30 years ago and more than 1400 female managers have undergone the one-year Executive Development and Mentoring Program, many of which are holding high positions in Swedish business today.
The program is unique and has a great business focus. Through mentorship, networking and the development of personal leadership, participants will become ready to take the next step in their careers. All participants are also offered a membership in Ruter Dam's Business Network in order to contribute to women's professional network and relationship building.
