Mercator Group, Leading Swedish Real Estate, which has been operating in Portugal for 30 years has, because of an increasing activity, established a new position as CCO (Chief Commercial Officer).
Gonçalo Themudo, 33, has been appointed new CCO for Mercator Group and started his position on October 15th.
- His big challenge, given that the business has gone very well and grown, will be to take the company to the next level and into new markets, says Peter Billton, CEO of Mercator Group.
Gonçalo Themudo is Portuguese with a degree in architecture from Lisbon University Lusíada. He has extensive experience in real estate development and has previously worked for French, Spanish and German companies in the area.
Peter Billton says that during the recruitment process they met several candidates but that it "clicked" immediately when they met Gonçalo Themudo.
Gonçalo looks forward to the challenge and for him, the position is also the right step in his career. That is why we are now happy to welcome Gonçalo as new CCO and colleague at Mercator.
