The Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce our latest member to join the CLS community, INSCALE. We met up with Patrik Alneng, Business Development Manager and Alexander Clayton, Global Head of Sales, to hear more about INSCALE and their thoughts on the CLS membership.
First of all, tell us more about INSCALE and your history
- INSCALE was founded in 2006 as an IT Consulting firm and has grown into a global IT Scaling partner for companies throughout the Nordics, Europe, Southeast Asia and Oceania. Today we have offices in Copenhagen and at our 6 tech hubs located in Portugal, North Macedonia, Poland, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Malaysia.
Why did you open a branch in Portugal?
- We opened our branch in Lisbon to set up a world class tech hub where we could take advantage of the large tech talent pool that we are able to source locally and attract from other countries to Portugal and to entice up and coming Nordic scale ups to set their tech teams here and take advantage of this vast quality pool of talent and cost savings associated with having their teams based at our tech hub in Lisbon.
What kind of clients do you work with?
- INSCALE works with clients with a tech agenda viewing to digitalise their business, from scale ups, SMBs and large enterprises, companies such as SEB, TripX, Qualiware, Danske Bank, PwC.
What is your expectations on the CLS membership?
- Our expectation is to engage with Swedish/Scandinavian and Portuguese companies to help them scale up their tech business with a trusted IT growth partner.
