CLS happily introduces RIT Group as the newest addition to our community. Read more about RIT Group, it´s companies and how they are determined to “transform the way we make business through Digital Transformation”.

Founded in 2015 by a group of highly skilled professionals with more than 25 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry, Readiness IT was the first company of the group to be created. The company which is highly specialized in the Telecommunication industry, works with the most recognized service providers in the world, like Entel, Telefónica, Altice, Claro and Spark, just to name a few.

Digital transformation as the integration of digital technology into all areas of a business to change how businesses operate and how they deliver value to customers, is no longer driven only by high-tech companies. New business opportunities arise outside the Telecommunication industry.

Today the group operates on the global market with four other companies, enlarging their offer to cover all kind of digital transformations projects, on every industry imaginable.

Ritain.io is allowing customers to focus on building businesses, not their cloud infrastructure. The company deliver Cloud Managed Services and ready-to-use Cloud in-a-box, working closely with Amazon as business partners.
Latitudde supports the development of digital projects and solutions across the globe, with talented nearshore IT teams, working over multiple technological stacks and programming languages. With certified teams in Outsystems, Salesforce, Oracle, and other stacks, there´s no digital project they can’t handle.
Red IT is covering the market through IT outsourcing services, in multiple areas with experts in several programming languages.
Kloudville was the last company to join the group, delivering cloud-native, no code solutions, supporting digital transformation projects to be implemented fast while minimizing costs. The company has three different solution: Telecom 360, to Telecommunications service provider monetize 5G and IoT new business opportunities, Business 360, supporting the automation of all kind of business process and Marketplace 360, to create B2B or B2C marketplaces to vertical markets.

After 6 years of existence, Group RIT has a team of more than 400 people, with local offices in Portugal, Chile, Peru, New Zealand, combining Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore services for clients all around the globe.
