2023, a year where resilience, circularity and wellbeing was in focus. Also a year where human connection got a new meaning, being able to spend time together and care for eachother in uncertain and challenging times. Humility, empathy and innovation led our way, and will continue be our guidance into 2024 and beyond.
The CLS would like to take a moment to thank you all for bringing magic into 2023, making our community spark, thrive and continuously develop with us for a better tomorrow.
Reaching the end of 2023, we are wrapping up the year which has passed. And, if we said it in 2022, it is also sure that 2023 was yet a sad year where war and inflation continue an everyday topic in peoples lives.
This continues to create impact in our everyday, and we continue to see and promote the proactive approach our members are taking, mesurable actions with focus on the wellbeing for their ecosystems. This makes us grateful for the community we are part of, and it is with deep appreciation we thank you all for letting us lead this community forward.
Stepping into 2024, we want to thrive together with you all by strengthening our facilitation and support to you, empowering the business development, business relations, networking and trade between Sweden and Portugal.

Sports: Our first ever Business Padel Tournament in Lisbon and the traditional Business Golf Tournament in Sintra.

Large networking events: Stockholm Executive MBA visit, Sweden Connects @Web Summit, and our Traditional Swedish Christmas Lunch.

CLS Organizational Changes
Board of Directors: Paulo Coelho from Anticimex and Marcus Nordquist from Queenslab joined the CLS Board of Directors. We welcomed Samira Grylin-Allalou from Business Sweden as Honorary Board Member and also Susanne Hägglund from Volvo Cars as President of our General Assembly.
Operational team: Roya Moghaddas left CLS, and we welcomed our new Secretary General, Charlotta Mohlén. We also welcomed our new Trainee, Oskar Simryd.
And, this and much more has only been possible through co-creation and collaboration with all of you, or much engaged community. TACK! OBRIGADA! We thank you for your trust and cooperation.
