cls peers meeting - human resources

9 August 2024

The Swedish-Portuguese Chamebr of Commerce is thrilled to introduce our latest initiative: Peers Meetings. The Peers Meetings is an opportunity for peers from various industries and companies to meet, discuss, and acquire new knowledge within their professional field. On July 19th the first Peers Meeting took place, gathering peers within Human Resources from Atlas Copco, Ericsson, Essity, Securitas and Volvo Cars.

The purpose of the Peers Meetings Groups is to facilitate a platform for exchanging ideas, challenges, best practices, and opportunities between peers.
The Peers Meeting - Human Resources, was facilitated by one of the latest members to join the CLS community, Hays Portugal. Matilde Moriera, Strategic Accounts Director at Hays Portugal, informed about the latest trends and best practices within Humas Resources.

On top of the information, the meeting was mainly focusing on discussions, both in small groups and amongst all.

The following main topics were covered:

  • Attraction and Retention: Good practices and Challenges
  • Mental Health on the labour market
  • Artificial Intelligence: How can AI support HR Management

The meetings took place at the delightful office space of Sérvulo & Associados.

"It was a fantastic peer networking. Looking forward to the next edition. Thanks to the Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce for the intiative, Matilde Moriera from Hays Portugal for the interesting data, Sérvulo & Associados for the marvelous hosting, and my colleagues for the great sharings and discussions."
