Luis Muchacho is a member of Ericsson’s Portugal management leadership team, reporting to Iberia regional networks unit, as Head of Portugal Networks & Industry Solutions holding the pre-sales responsibility for the technical recommendations for all customers and main industry stakeholders in Portugal. Most recently, one of the main leadership focus areas has been the evolution to the fifth generation of mobile communication technologies (5G).
Sérgio Viana, Partner and DX & UX Lead at Xpand IT, is dedicated to creating unique digital experiences, making the best use of technology. Early on he was already looking to find ways to solve problems through technology. 15 years later, he continues to fulfill his purpose, helping companies around the world to shape and innovate their digital experiences, in different touchpoints, always with a focus on the customer.
Former President of the CLS and now Vice-President of the Board. Founder and CEO of Croudcare SA, a company working in the health-IT space. Holds an engineering degree and post-graduation in Management. Previous roles include President of Ericsson Portugal and President of the international DSL Forum.
This talk is the third talk out of five that the CLS is arranging during 2022 under the Sustainability Initiative. This webinar series aims to share insights and knowledge; to present and discuss strategies for dealing with different challenges faced by governments, organisations and businesses for a more sustainable future.
