The current COVID-19 pandemic has forced a technical leap towards teleworking. Companies now find themselves in a new situation where the virtual is the new normal; a new reality for management and employees to adapt to. This webinar will function as a forum to share knowledge and experiences of this transition.
In this webinar, we will discuss remote working and how to maintain effective operations in this new working form. For example, how do you create spaces for the kind of informal communication that is usually carried out by the coffee machine or in the lunchroom that is generally regarded as vital for problem-solving and for generating new ideas?
